3. Fee for 5 subjects for an overseas candidate - Rs. 2000/-

4. Fee for 6th subject for an overseas candidate - Rs. 750/-

5. Fee for Migration Certificate - Rs. 50/-

6. Fee for Annual Sports Programme - Rs. 3000/-

Next 10 days with late fee of Rs. 100/- per candidate upto 10-10-2009

Next 10 days with late fee of Rs. 200/- per candidate upto 20-10-2009

Next 10 days with late fee of Rs. 300/- per candidate upto 30-10-2009

Note: no form and fee shall be accepted after scheduled date




Note:
1.Name of Guardian is to be mentioned only in case of orphans candidate in the relevant column (prefix as Sh./Smt. Be also written in the name of Guardian) and column of Mother's Name be left blank.
2.Last year's Roll Nos. and result must be written in the appropriate column in case the candidate is a failure of this examination or repeating in full subject for improvement of performance. If a candidate wishes to retain the previous practical mark. Yes should be written in appropriate column.
3.Candidates appearing in all the subjects for improvement of performance may be either regular or private candidate. Those offering less than full subject will appear as private candidates.
4.Casual students, failures, if any allowed by you for study in the school, his/her name should not be included in the list. These candidates may be asked to submit separate form meant for private candidates.
5.Candidates appearing for improvement of performance in full subjects and less subjects will be issued only statement of marks reflecting his/her marks obtained at the improvement examination in those subjects.
6.Candidates appearing for improvement in the subjects involving practical will appear in theory only.
7.The spellings of candidates/mother's/father's/ name should invariably be tallied with the original admission and withdrawal register of the school.
8.Candidates who fall short of attendances while forwarding their forms provisionally, an undertaking may be obtained individually from him/her to the effect that in case his/her attendance falls short as per prescribed norms of the Board his/her candidature shall be cancelled.
9.Same while writing language code proper precaution may please be taken that correct code for 'A' course/'B' course is written.
10.Change of Additional subjects in class X is not allowed. Hence change/addition should not be permitted. Failed candidates will also offer the same subjects in which they have failed in class X.
11.The question paper will be set only according to the syllabus prescribed for 2010 examination.
12.A failure candidate has to re-appear in all the subject at the subsequent annual exam. and the practical marks of his first exam. will be carried over for two consecutive years.

2.Last year's Roll Nos. and result must be written in the concerned column in case the candidate is a failure of this examination or repeating in full subject except in failing subject for improvement of performance. Please submit the photo copy of the previous marks statement of each candidate.
3.Candidates appearing in all the subjects for improvement of performance may be either regular or private candidate. Those offering less than full subjects will appear as private candidate only. Candidate appearing for improvement shall appear in theory only and old marks in subjects involving practical examination shall be accounted for provided they have passed in practical. Candidates who have passed the equivalent Exam. from other Board and admitted in the school are not eligible to appear for improvement.
4.Candidates appearing for improvement of performance in full subjects and less subjects will be issued only statement of marks reflecting his/her marks obtained at the improvement examination in those subjects.
5.While writing language code proper precaution may please be taken that correct code for language Core/Elective level is written.
6.Same language cannot be taken at the Core/Elective level.
7.Core Languages cannot be taken as an additional subject.
8.Out of two languages one must be Hindi(Core/Elective) or English(Core/Elective).
9.Change of subject(s) in class XII is not permissible at school level.
10.Particulars of improvement cases may please be filled at the end of the list and 'I' against Category column.
11.A candidate has the freedom to offer one language in lieu of any of the elective subject provided under the scheme of Studies.
12.No candidate who has passed the Secondary School Examination (Class X) at the 2nd /3rd/4th and 5th chance compt. Examination in 2009 are not eligible to appear in class XII in 2010.
13.A failure candidate has to re-appear in all the subject at the subsequent annual exam and the practical marks of his first exam. Will be carried over for two consecutive years.
